All products are guaranteed for a period advertised as below:
Astini kitchen taps - 15 years
Astini kitchen sinks - 15 years
Astini kitchen accessories - 1 years
Astini bathroom Taps - 15 Years
Astini showers - 15 years
Astini WC solutions - 1 years
The consumer’s sole remedy shall be the replacement of all, or any part of the product that is defective.
The guarantee extends to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable to a third party.
The guarantee excludes working and serviceable parts, abuse or neglect, wear and tear and does not cover damage caused during fitting, poor installation, servicing neglect, accidental or malicious damage, improper use or negligence, discoloration due long exposure to UV lights.
For any guarantee claims, you should contact the retailer where you purchased the item from. If your retailer has ceased to trade, please contact our customer service who will try to assist further.
Guarantee Registration Form
Your Astini product can be registered for guarantee online within 6 month of purchase. This will provide you with manufacturers guarantee if a retailer where you purchased your Astini product ceased to trade. You must provide full details of your Astini retailer, with your Invoice/sales order reference number to qualify.
